How long is processing time?

All orders have a 1-12 business day processing time. 

During sales/promotional times, orders can take up to 15 business days.

Each package is carefully prepared and inspected for quality assurance. 

Orders will not be processed over the weekend and during holidays

After processing you wild receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

 

How long does shipping take?

​

Shipping takes between 3-5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, please refer to the USPS/DHL website with your tracking number for delivery updates.

When an order is in the hands of USPS, or your selected shipping service we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

Please double check to ensure your delivery address is the correct address before you check out. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address due to your negligence. If and when your package is returned to us, you are responsible for the re-shipping fees.

 

Can I change the address on my order?

If you have to make a change to your address it must be done within 24 hours of your order, if not this will result in a re-processing fee.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We do not accept returns or cancellations of orders. Please ensure when you are ordering from us you are choosing the correct quantity of items, lengths, textures at check out time. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled. 

 

 

How many bundles do I need?

​

We HIGHLY recommend 3+ bundles for installs with lengths 16"-18", for installs 20" and longer 4+bundles is recommended

 

Can I color my hair?

​

 Absolutely! Our raw hair can be colored and bleached, but we HIGHLY suggest consulting a professional when doing so.

 

How long will my hair extensions last?

​

Raw hair can last for many years. The life expectancy of raw hair is all dependent on your care for it. Excessive amounts of heat and processing to the hair will effect its life time. 

 

What is raw hair?

 

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair from one single donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. No color, no chemical altering. Raw hair comes in its natural texture based on the donor origin. Our Raw hair comes in its natural state, meaning each bundle is unique so no two bundles are exactly the same. 

 

ZERO tolerance for card fraud

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout.  An ID is required at the time of check out to ensure of this. Offenders will be banned and turned over to a collection agency.
